- Vitamin K2 helps D3 be at its most effective. They work with each other to ensure that calcium is directed out of the arteries and into the bones where it helps improve bone density.

Directions
- Adults, take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

- If on medication or under medical supervision always consult your GP before taking health supplements. If pregnant or nursing consult your GP before taking health supplements. You should not take supplements as a substitute for a varied balanced diet. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Do not exceed stated dose.
